Schedule Your Free Medical Test
Follow the steps below to schedule your free pregnancy or STI test at Alpha Grand Rapids. You may also schedule your appointment by texting us at 616-737-0201.
If you have been to Alpha before, please text us to schedule instead of scheduling online.
- Select "Book appointment".
- Select your service (either pregnancy test or STI test).
- Select your provider. All of our medical staff are fully licensed and trained medical professionals.
- Select the day and time that works best for you.
- Lastly, you’ll be prompted to create an account. All you need is your email and a password. The system will then send you a 6-digit verification code. Setting up an account helps us keep record of this and following appointments and also keeps your medical information secure.
Then, come in at your appointment time for your test. Please do your best to have a full bladder for your appointment, as we administer urine tests.

Alpha Women’s Center is located on Division Ave near downtown Grand Rapids at
1725 Division Ave S Grand Rapids, MI 49507. Please Note: There is currently some significant construction going on on our campus. Plan to enter off of Division (the Brown St. entrance is closed) and please don’t mind our construction mess around the large brick building! We look forward to welcoming you into the smaller brown building on the north side of the campus.
