We offer free tests and compassionate medical professionals who will explain the results and your options for next steps.
1:1 Mentoring
Parenting isn’t easy—our trained mentors will navigate the highs and lows with you, offering resources and a listening ear.
Educational Classes
We offer classes in pregnancy education, parenting classes, GED completion courses, and more.
Parenting Support Groups
Build community and learn from other parents by joining a support group. Groups are available for dads, moms who speak Spanish, and single moms.
Fatherhood Support
Dads, you matter! Alpha Men’s Center is the first standalone building in the nation to provide holistic services geared towards dads.
Material Resources
Earn essential items like diapers, clothing, formula, and more by attending programs.

How do I know if I'm pregnant?
Only a blood or urine pregnancy test can positively determine if you are pregnant. At Alpha Grand Rapids, we will administer a urine pregnancy test at no cost.
If I am pregnant, what are my options in Michigan?

Do you provide baby items like diapers and clothes?
Yes, Alpha provides diapers, formula, baby items, maternity clothes, and more. Contact us to learn more.
What do I need to do to qualify for services?
Our services are most geared towards people who are currently pregnant or are raising a child or children under the age of 5. However, you are welcome to contact us if you have older children or need support in other areas! Even if our services aren’t the best fit for you, we’re happy to provide referrals to put you on the right track. If and when you do receive services, the only thing we require is a valid photo ID.
