Men's Center Director
Are you passionate about walking alongside men and creating community for dads? Are you a servant leader who can juggle relationship-building and your to-do list? The Men’s Center Director role at Alpha Grand Rapids might be a great fit for you! This position oversees all day-to-day operations at the Men’s Center, ensuring that staff members, volunteers, and the men we serve all have an excellent experience while in our building. The right person for this job is confident overseeing men’s programs, has experience in managing difficult situations, and has the warmth to make people feel cared for even in a crisis. Client Services Associate
Do you enjoy creating a welcoming, friendly atmosphere? Are you someone who has great attention to detail but also doesn’t mind interruptions? Does the idea of every day (sometimes every hour!) looking a little different sound like something you’d enjoy? If so, the Client Services Associate position might be a great fit for you! The person in this role is often the first person that clients, volunteers, and other visitors interact with when they call or come to Alpha Grand Rapids. This is a full-time role that includes answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, entering/reviewing data, monitoring traffic flow throughout the building, and supporting volunteers. Custodian
Do you love keeping a space clean and organized? Are you passionate about doing the behind-the-scenes work needed to help an organization run smoothly? The Custodian role at Alpha Grand Rapids (AGR) might be for you! At AGR, we know how important it is for staff, volunteers, and especially the parents we serve to feel safe and comfortable. Moms and dads in our programs constantly tell us that AGR feels like home. As the Custodian, you would play a key role in making sure that every area of our campus stays clean, well-stocked, and beautiful. Development Director

Childcare Associate
Do you love kids? Does the idea of supporting parents by ensuring their children are taken care of while they attend programs feel like something you’d find fulfilling? Are you good with people and details? If so, we’d love to talk to you about our Childcare Associate position! This is a part-time role that involves overseeing all aspects of the childcare that is provided at Alpha Grand Rapids: training, scheduling, and managing childcare volunteers, ensuring that the childcare area is organized and sanitized in between uses, and making sure everything runs smoothly during time periods where childcare is provided.
