Finance Manager
Are you a “numbers person” with an eye for details? Does your love language involve spreadsheets, balanced budgets, and submitting payroll on time? If you have a background in accounting/finance (especially in the nonprofit sector!), the Finance Manager role at Alpha Grand Rapids (AGR) might be for you! Development Coordinator
Do you have an eye for accuracy, love of details, and passion for processes? Does the thought of keeping a database updated with all the right information sound exciting to you? This might be the role for you! The Development Coordinator will work alongside the Development team at AGR to maintain donor administration and oversee the Partner for Life (PFL) program. Custodian
Do you love keeping a space clean and organized? Are you passionate about doing the behind-the-scenes work needed to help an organization run smoothly? The Custodian role at Alpha Grand Rapids (AGR) might be for you! At AGR, we know how important it is for staff, volunteers, and especially the parents we serve to feel safe and comfortable. Moms and dads in our programs constantly tell us that AGR feels like home. As the Custodian, you would play a key role in making sure that every area of our campus stays clean, well-stocked, and beautiful. Development Director
Do you have the drive and vision for a job in fundraising? Are you a person who loves creating and sustaining systems while also focusing on people and relationships? This full-time position reports to the President and oversees all fundraising efforts at AGR. Childcare Associate
Do you love kids? Does the idea of supporting parents by ensuring their children are taken care of while they attend programs feel like something you’d find fulfilling? Are you good with people and details? If so, we’d love to talk to you about our Childcare Associate position! This is a part-time role that involves overseeing all aspects of the childcare that is provided at Alpha Grand Rapids: training, scheduling, and managing childcare volunteers, ensuring that the childcare area is organized and sanitized in between uses, and making sure everything runs smoothly during time periods where childcare is provided.
