Since 1985, Alpha Grand Rapids has served moms and dads with nonjudgmental, compassionate care that promotes abundant life.

Now, in 2024, we are blessed to have hundreds of volunteers, a dedicated core of staff members, and thousands of visits from families who have trusted us to support them well.
And we’re just getting started.

Alpha Grand Rapids has created a model of care in the programs we provide and our intentional approach to promoting life. It’s time to take our efforts to the next level as an industry-leader of the pregnancy care movement across the country.

It’s time to RESHAPE our space, RENEW our vision, and REIMAGINE what a renovated building can do to promote abundant life.

Renovation Priorities

Our renovation will focus on three key areas that will vastly improve safety, privacy, and accessibility for the families we serve.

Medical Relocation & Expansion

  • Increase medical department footprint
  • Improve confidentiality and comfort for medical patients

Accessibility

  • New side entrance for easier building access
  • Move childcare from 2nd floor to main floor

Security

  • Improved line of sight at main entrance and in common spaces
  • Replace all exterior doors
  • Additional security cameras throughout building

  1. Adding a classroom to Educational Services department (25% growth)
  2. Adding three additional mentor rooms (60% growth)
  3. Custom client services software for self-scheduling appointments, tracking client relationships, and streamlined inventory reporting
